Make a Report
This is private and safe. Nobody will know it was you.
If someone is in immediate danger, please call emergency services first.
Before you submit: what happens to this report
This form is anonymous by default. We only collect what you type here — no name, email, or IP address, unless you choose to give contact details.
If your report describes a child being abused, neglected, or in serious danger, please know: South African law (Children's Act, Section 110) requires school staff who read it to report it further to the proper authorities — even though your own report stays anonymous. Anonymity protects your identity; it doesn't stop the school from having to act to protect a child.

What we collect: The category you choose, your description of what happened, and (if you fill them in) the date, location, and any answers to follow-up questions. If you choose to leave contact details, we store those too — but that's optional.
Why we collect it: So the right person at your school can understand what happened and follow up appropriately.
Who can see it: Only the staff member(s) your school has assigned to handle reports, and Bambanani's system administrator for technical support. Every staff account is personal and logged — no one shares a login.
How long we keep it: Up to 3 years, then it's deleted. Reports still under active investigation may be kept longer while that investigation continues.
Questions about your information: Contact Bambanani's Information Officer, Nicholas Zietkiewicz, at privacy@bambanani.app (Information Regulator registration 2026-063242).
